We want you to love your Loopora experience. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened wellness products (for hygiene reasons).

Gift cards or downloadable items.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the approval. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, email support@loopora.org for a free replacement.
